ASTP tracking and satellite stations
Spanish rubber stamp cachets from 70's and 80's were created by Jose Manuel Grandela, who was a NASA employee in Spanish tracking stations in Madrid (Fresnedillas and Robledo de Chavela). As astrocollector, he produced hundreds of different RSC covers from Apollo to STS.

While looking for ASTP tracking station covers I used the Goddard center report of NASA communications network. I realized that some very unusual places used to serve the needs of NASA space program - like Pakistan and Zambia. I don't know their role in ASTP, but got these covers, though not directly ASTP related.
